HOLIDAY SHIPPING GUIDE & INFO!
As most of you know or have already experienced, COVID-19 had markedly impacted our postal systems due to the uptick in processing volumes and increase in online shopping. This isn't looking to let up anytime soon, especially with the holiday shopping season ramping up.
In fact, Canada Post is even suggesting that you get your shopping done early this year, in order to potentially bypass the delays which are sure to be resuming in the months to come. This means there are a couple of things to ensure that your gifts and purchases arrive to you swiftly and safely:
HOLIDAY SHIPPING CUT OFFS:
- We HIGHLY recommend making your purchases before our holiday shipping cut off of December 7st. While, of course, you can still order from us after that date, we cannot guarantee your orders will arrive in time for the holidays.
CHOOSING UPGRADED SHIPPING OPTIONS:
- At checkout choose a tracked shipping option so you can keep tabs on your order at all times. Otherwise, your order will be sent via untracked oversized letter mail as per usual and while it will show up, we can't guarantee when or follow it along its totally excellent journey. I know, I know, everyone hates spending money on shipping, but a few bucks more for tracking is definitely worth the peace of mind. Also, remember that tracked shipping is free with purchases of over $150.
While this is terribly frustrating from all angles (seller, customer and postal service workers) it's unfortunately just a part of living in what we are calling 'our new normal'. Your patience and support are both extremely valued during these wild, wild times.
